At TRCGroup, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in managing the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.
  • Oversee the care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
  • Assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.

Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
