Senior Nursing Team Leader

Smartcall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that care plans meet our high clinical and compliance standards.
You will deputise for the Home Manager and work closely with local healthcare groups and GPs to deliver care. You will have access to comprehensive training and support, as well as opportunities for career progression.
We are looking for a registered nurse with a proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care. You must be living in the UK with a valid passport or permit to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team in delivering individual care plans
- Ensure care plans meet our high clinical and compliance standards
- Deputise for the Home Manager
- Work with local healthcare groups and GPs to deliver care
