The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the care home. Collaborating closely with nurses and carers, the primary focus will be on maintaining exemplary nursing and clinical care standards for residents. Supported by the management team, the Clinical Lead's contributions will be vital to all clinical delivery aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills and the confidence to lead the nursing team.
  2. Mentorship: Passion for promoting best nursing practices and the ability to train, support, and mentor others.
  3. Knowledge: Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and compliance.
Requirements
  1. NMC Registration: NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
