Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide person-centred care to residents.
  • Ensure that care services are delivered to a high standard, meeting the needs of residents and their families.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Develop and maintain care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
