We are GRN Search Group Ltd., a specialist recruitment consultancy working within the Supply Chain Industry. Our team is dedicated to providing expert recruitment services to our clients, with a focus on quality and reliability.
Job Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, primarily in the aerospace, defence, and engineering sectors. Your goal will be to develop new accounts, build relationships, and work closely with our operations team to deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential new clients, establishing initial contact and building a pipeline of opportunities.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Proactive Communication: Engage customers via phone, email, and video calls, showcasing your ability to listen, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
* Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment, is preferred but not essential.
* Communication Skills: A confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner is a must.
* Drive and Initiative: You take pride in your ability to prospect, self-motivate, and meet sales targets.
* Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term partnerships.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Benefits:
* £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
* Annual bonus (uncapped)
* Early finish Friday
* 31 annual leave days

Estimated Salary:
£28,500 - £29,700 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week and assuming a performance-related annual bonus.
