We are a dynamic primary care team seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinicians and patients.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to work 12 hours a week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive reception and administration services, including:
- Managing incoming calls and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Using SystmOne GP clinical system to generate prescriptions, manage medical records, and perform other administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to our clinicians, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient information and practice equipment
- Contributing to the development of administration processes and guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in a GP practice or similar environment
- Knowledge of SystmOne and other relevant software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines
