We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Tyne and Wear. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless installations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications company, providing top-notch services to our customers. You'll be working on a 4-day week schedule, with varying shift patterns, including morning and afternoon shifts.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Installing and maintaining telecommunication equipment, ensuring high-quality connections and resolutions;
  • Providing expert technical support to customers, identifying and troubleshooting issues;
  • Documenting processes and adhering to company protocols for efficient service delivery;
  • Collaborating with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A UK Manual driving licence;
