Site Administrator

As a key member of the Priory Group team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including diary management, telephone enquiries and report production.
- Processing payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems.
- Undertaking recruitment administration, including processing expenses and orders, and dealing with suppliers.
- Providing excellent customer service skills to clients and visitors.
- Preparing for meetings and taking minutes as requested.
- Supporting the Service Manager and wider Service with administration, including letters, memos and email communications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed and enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent organisational capability and effective communication skills.
- Able to use own initiative and work independently.
