Main Duties of the JobThe Clinical Administration Assistant will be part of a team of administrators providing an administration service to service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing referrals in a timely manner
- Ensuring all personal identifiable information is recorded accurately and confidentially
- Answering incoming calls and arranging appointments
- Completing general correspondence letters
- Providing an administrative function to the clinical team
