Main Duties of the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join the Team at Wigan Talking Therapies. You will be part of a team of administrators providing an administration service to service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.

The Team Administrator will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, to ensure all personal information recorded accurately and confidentially.

Answer incoming calls into the service, arrange appointments, and complete general correspondence letters.

The post holder will provide an administrative function to all the clinical team, answer high volume calls on a daily basis, as well as complete administrative tasks.
