Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ACS Performance. This role requires an experienced professional to establish, develop, and generate new business within a specified list of Regional Distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain successful relationships at all levels, from Board to Field Sales.
  • Identify, develop, and establish new end user business to drive through specified distributors.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Marketing department.
Requirements
  • Successful sales track record preferably in the commercial catering equipment Industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of end user and distributor selling, developing end users to specify products via a distributor and targeted sales growth.
  • Proactive approach and ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions, in line with agreed policy and objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
