Job Description: As a Travel Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with travel agents and tour operators. You will monitor the Agency Support mailbox, ensuring timely responses to agent and tour operator requests. Additionally, you will manage brochure distribution, administer rewards schemes, and encourage sales through travel agents and tour operators.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Be the primary point of contact for travel agents and tour operators.
  2. Maintain accurate records of communication and interactions.
  3. Distribute brochures and promotional materials as required.
  4. Track and administer rewards schemes and incentives for travel agents.
  5. Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to deliver marketing and promotional requests.


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in the travel industry, specifically in a sales or marketing capacity. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of the luxury cruise industry is essential.
