Job Title: Sales Support Professional
About the Role: 2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Support Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Managers team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete new customer setup forms and new product line forms/allergen forms.
- E nsure new customers have correct product descriptions and up-to-date product images.
- Complete promotional forms.
- Data entry into the new CRM system.
- Organise product samples and monitor tracking.
- Complete paperwork relating to events.
- Book Account Manager's travel/hotels.
- Reply to inbound sales enquiries via email/phone call.
- Manage stock levels of office samples.
- Coordinate product imagery, banners, and brochure adverts between marketing and the customer.
- Support the Office Manager with sending out physical paper POS items.
- Prepare items for Account Manager presentations, samples, cups, point of sale, etc.
- Put together Excel reports.
- Send initial intro emails from an email template.
- Prepare meeting rooms/development kitchen for key customer meetings.
- Attend customer meetings with Account Manager to support sampling of product/preparation.
