Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at The Carpenter's Arms in Cambridge. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the customer journey to ensure a 5-star experience
  • Accurately taking orders and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver timely service
  • Ensuring accurate payments and receipts
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Maintaining high standards of service and reporting any incidents or issues
