At Minerva Learning Trust, we are committed to providing outstanding education for all our students. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor/Play Therapist to join our Central Team, working closely with our Director of School Improvement-Inclusion and school leaders to deliver high-quality pastoral care for our 6,000 children and young people.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and experienced Counsellor/Play Therapist who holds a post-graduate Diploma or Master's level qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy, as well as accreditation or registration with one of the recognised awarding bodies (BACP, UKCP etc). They will have a proven track record of successfully supporting vulnerable young people and families within a one-to-one and small group setting.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient and understanding with a non-judgemental and warm approach. They will be an effective communicator, team player and have experience of delivering training and support to other colleagues.
