As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading luxury hospitality projects and providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop initial briefs and pitch to clients through planning, sketching, and rendering
* Responsible for FF\u0026E, procurement, and specifications on projects
* Present ideas and participate in discussions with the wider team
* Refine, review, and implement interior and architectural finishes
* Oversee and coordinate structural elements of the projects
* Liaise with MEP, lighting, and structural consultants
* Work with the project management team and external suppliers to create bespoke joinery and furniture items
* Strong experience in drawing packages and detailing from concept stages to construction documentation

Key Skills/Requirements:

* Degree in interior design/architecture and relevant experience
* At least 5 years relevant professional experience
* Great visual and verbal communication
* Creative and proactive designer with passion for creative concepts
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, and Adobe
* Experience in 3D software and rendering is preferable but not necessary
* Previous experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or F\u0026B projects is necessary for this role
