About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the life of 'J', a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who is looking for support with daily living tasks.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling 'J' to live independently in her own flat, while also supporting her to pursue her interests and hobbies. This will involve providing personal care and support with daily tasks, as well as accompanying her on outings and activities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and who is able to build strong relationships with the individuals they work with. You will need to be flexible, patient, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Accompany 'J' on outings and activities
  • Support 'J' to pursue her interests and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a care or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support
