The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a highly motivated Clerical Assistant to join our team at Greengables Early Years.

This part-time position offers a flexible working schedule, with 18 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,322 - £27,727 per annum, pro-rata for part-time working.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the early learning and childcare team
  2. Maintaining accurate records and reports
  3. Assisting with daily tasks and duties as required

This role requires regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. An Overseas Criminal Record Check may be necessary, depending on the individual's background.
