Business Development Manager Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Love Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with high-profile fitness operators to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess market opportunities and engage with multisite operators in the public and private sectors
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in leisure and fitness operators and other suppliers and partners within the sector
- Conduct initial consultations and sales meetings onsite or online
- Provide in-depth product demonstrations and develop innovative proposals
- Maintain and develop the CRM system
Requirements
- Track record of sales and partnership development in the leisure and fitness industry
- Knowledge of leisure and fitness operators in the public and private sector
- Understanding of group fitness and emerging trends
