Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, local authorities, and contractors.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate opportunity management and development recording.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary of £64,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
