The successful candidate will support the regional property services delivery teams by ensuring metrics are used effectively and consistently to drive continuous improvement in delivery of both subcontracted and internally delivered work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision of high-quality, timely, and meaningful information to senior management and external departments.
  • Lead the analysis, development, and reporting of regional operational and financial performance insight.
  • Support the efficient delivery of services through effective operational and commercial awareness.
  • Increase internal engagement with key functions such as the work scheduling team and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to identify areas requiring monitoring and reporting for performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification.
  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third-party suppliers.
  • Comprehensive experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery.
  • Proven experience of senior stakeholder liaison and relationship building.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
