Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Claims Specialist to join our team at Ad Warrior. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving claims within our network, ensuring seamless customer experiences. This is a full-time position based in Hull, with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role:
As a Regional Claims Specialist, you will work closely with our repair network to allocate and progress vehicle repairs within a specific geographical region. You will collaborate with our Regional Network Controller to resolve delays and issues, improving first-time acceptance ratios and reducing rejections. Your duties will include:
- Managing daily tasks driven by our system and other ad-hoc tasks assigned within agreed SLAs.
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance metrics, breaches, and cancellations on a day-to-day basis.
- Building and nurturing relationships within the repair network to ensure seamless customer repairs.
- Acting as a point of contact for repair network members, clients, customers, and team members, providing progress updates as needed.
