Regional Branch Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regional Branch Manager to join our team at Milk Education in Hull. As a leader in the education sector, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our consultants to achieve their goals and drive growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a Regional Manager role and contribute to the success of our established Hull office. You will play a hands-on role in developing and mentoring our recruitment consultants, using your knowledge and experience to build successful education desks.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development: Manage, mentor, and motivate recruitment consultants and staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular reviews to drive growth and professional development.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance team skills, ensuring each consultant has the tools to succeed.
- Business Development: Identify potential clients, pitch our recruitment services, and negotiate contracts to expand our client base.
- Financial Management: Oversee the branch's budget, setting revenue targets, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and long-term strategies to meet branch objectives and drive business growth.
- Operational Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, including administrative tasks, office management, and IT systems.
- Marketing & Branding: Work closely with marketing teams to implement social media and digital strategies that attract clients and candidates.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
