We are seeking a compassionate and proactive support worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Support Worker for Young People, you will play a vital role in helping students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated learning and communication needs to access the curriculum and wider world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with day-to-day routines and deliver interventions as guided.
- Adapt to each child's individual needs and provide support and guidance in a classroom setting.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
