About the Role

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our casual team, you will work in educational settings, providing support and guidance to young people with challenging behavior and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong professional relationships with service users and other staff members
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for young people to live and work
  • Keep up-to-date with communication and information systems
  • Support young people in managing their behavior using approved skills
  • Promote equality and acknowledge individual differences
  • Protect service users from abuse and write accurate reports for reviews
  • Attend training and development opportunities
  • Work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern

  • Ability to form professional relationships with young people
  • Ability to read and write clear reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively with young people
  • Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably
  • Awareness of effective teamwork and young people's development
  • Awareness of equal opportunities and discrimination
Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shift patterns to suit your needs, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 10pm
  • Waking nights
