Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
