Aerospace Business Development Manager

Pro5 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and establishing strategic relationships with key customers in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development and Customer Relationships
Develop and execute strategies to expand Pro5's presence in the aerospace market, focusing on communication, new energy, and computing power solutions.
Customer Needs and Market IntelligenceCollect, analyze, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Market Opportunities and Project ManagementIdentify and capture market opportunities, develop project plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and deliver results.
Performance Metrics and ReportingTrack and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, collection, and profit, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as communication, electronics, management, or a related field.
Industry Expertise and Sales ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the aerospace industry, with a strong understanding of communication, new energy, and computing power solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge and Market AwarenessStrong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Language Skills and Cultural CompetenceProficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and stakeholders.
Adaptability and FlexibilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
