We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Resource Manager to join our team and help us achieve this mission.


Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, colleagues, and parents to provide guidance in implementing accommodations, academic skills training, and support the social-emotional health of our students.

The Disability Resource Manager will interpret formal evaluations and assessments to develop strategies for academic success.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Saint Mary's Resource Program, analyzing student data, providing direct academic support, and referring students to school-based resources.

A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field is required, along with three years of experience working with children with learning differences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze student data and develop effective interventions.
