DEMAND Design & Manufacture for Disability

We are seeking a highly skilled Trusts Fundraiser to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing grants from trusts and foundations, identifying new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and finding innovative ways to support our mission.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in trusts and foundation fundraising
  • Strong numerical skills, including financial management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling funding applications
  • Confidence in presenting at Board level
  • A creative approach to identifying funding opportunities that align with our mission
  • Familiarity with general office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM)
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their potential to enhance the fundraising process
  • Ability to represent the charity and build relationships at all levels
  • A collaborative mindset

We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our mission forward. The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
