Boundless Theatre is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering young adults to build creative futures. As an Artistic Fundraising Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation to support our artistic, community, and educational programs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our fundraising and development strategy, prioritizing relationships with Trusts and Foundations and our partnership with Arts Council England as an NPO. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities at Stanley Arts in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Trusts and Foundations and Arts Council England.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment between fundraising goals and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform fundraising strategies and measure success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising and development, preferably in the arts sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or arts administration.
