Theatre of Debate is seeking an Artistic Fundraising Coordinator to join their team. This part-time employed role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing strategic plans to building relationships with individual funding partners.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to shape and implement the fundraising strategy for the organisation, as well as researching and identifying potential funding partners. You will also work closely with the Chair of the Board and the Artistic Director to develop bespoke events and benefits packages for existing and prospective supporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop a deep understanding of the organisation's artistic vision and how it relates to fundraising.
  • To work closely with the Creative and Programming Teams to develop innovative fundraising ideas.
  • To build strong relationships with individual funding partners, including primary account management for an agreed portfolio of funding partners.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fundraising, marketing or sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of writing successful grant applications.
  • Experience of using a CRM system.
  • Strong administrative and word processing skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and familiar with preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Previous experience of working in an arts, festival, educational, scientific or cultural environment.
