  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic and personal development.

  • Assist students with organizational and time management skills, as well as study techniques and strategies.
  • Liaise with careers and pastoral staff to raise the achievement and aspirations of students.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as monitoring attendance and punctuality, and managing student data.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree or higher level education.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN or in a school setting.
  • A firm presence and strong behavior management skills.
  • Previous experience with one-to-one, small group work, and/or whole class support.
  • Professional manner, proactive, engaging, and empathetic.
