Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient SEN Support Assistant to join our team at a modern mainstream school in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with a child with Autism in Year 2, providing support and assistance to ensure their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to a child with Autism in Year 2
* Assist the teacher in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Develop and implement strategies to support the child's learning and behavior
* Collaborate with the SENCO and psychologists to ensure the child receives the best possible support

Requirements:

* Experience working with students with special needs, particularly Autism
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
