Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking an outstanding SEN teacher to join our team at a fantastic SEMH school in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing provision for pupils with social emotional and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective SEN strategies to support pupils with SEMH issues
• Collaborate with the SLT to ensure the school's expansion plans do not compromise the ethos and sense of community
• Provide a warm, supportive, and well-organised learning environment

Requirements:
• Qualified SEN teacher with experience in SEMH
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
