Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at South Tees NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and visitors: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all patients and visitors attending the outpatient department.
  2. Respect patient confidentiality: Ensure that patient demographic details are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  3. Update patient records: Accurately update patient records with new demographic or GP details.
  4. Manage patient episodes: Ensure that every patient attending or failing to attend the clinic is marked up on the computer system and episodes are closed for those patients who fail to attend.
