Administrative Support Specialist

FM Conway is a leading provider of transportation solutions, and we are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our Term Maintenance division. This full-time, permanent position is based at our Richmond depot in London and offers a range of exciting opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor FM Conway's interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems.
- Prepare applications for payment and ensure timely submission.
- Process completion and maintenance certificates, and receipt task orders.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organisational abilities. Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial. A GCSE-level education or equivalent, and a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent, are also required.
