  • Build strong relationships based on trust and respect with clients, families, and team members.
  • Provide flexible coverage for scheduled visits due to leave or unforeseen circumstances.

Essential Qualities:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
  • Hold an NVQ qualification in relevant healthcare or social care fields.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
