About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 (days) and £14 (nights & weekends).
- Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.
- A comprehensive training program, including nurse-led training.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full training and clinical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
