About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Director to drive the growth of Nokē in European markets, focusing on commercial strategy development, market analysis, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Nokē across European markets.
  2. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating high-value partnerships.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations.
  4. Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets.
  5. Ensure pre and post implementation customer support is delivered to a high standard, maintaining customer satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
  6. Provide operational support for Nokē projects across the UK and Europe, ensuring the correct teams / processes and services are in place.
  7. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions, providing regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members.
  8. Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team, preparing forecasts, budgets, and growth projections to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
