Business Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Office Coordinator to join our team at Colville Search Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Lettings Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties in relation to sales, lettings, property management, and accounts department when necessary.
- Office Operations: Manage the office, opening and closing it as required, and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
- Communication: Field phone calls, take messages, and refer to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office coordinator to support a busy office environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills.
- Computer literate – able to use Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good use of English – able to compose letters and emails.
