- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful order conclusion
- Analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and align sales and service structures strategically
- Continuously expand sales and service activities through establishing, developing, and supporting Falch branches and their teams
- Collaborate with headquarters to plan, monitor, and control budgets effectively
- Tech-savvy individual with technical education or studies and substantial experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment (e.g., machinery, technical equipment, components, systems)
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field
- Familiarity with one or more of our key application areas, such as industrial cleaning, is essential
- Excellent technical understanding and hands-on approach
- Pronounced entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities
- Native-level English proficiency
