Job Title: Commercial Insurance Handler
Location: Bedford
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial insurance and be able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
About the Role:
- To process and administer commercial insurance policies, working closely with all departments within the organisation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers with queries, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Process new business, renewals, and mid-term alterations, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and insurers on a daily basis to meet client requirements and address general queries.
- Monitor and chase outstanding documentation and paperwork, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
Requirements:
- A background in commercial insurance, preferably from a broking or underwriting environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
