About the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator at BELLS MOTOR GROUP LTD, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by supporting the sales team.

This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm. The successful candidate will have opportunities for personal development and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer vehicle orders and administration in close collaboration with the sales department.
  • Ensure vehicles meet customer requirements, process orders, tax, and finance paperwork efficiently.
  • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to progress orders and provide customer contact support, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Route documentation and registration for sold vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales invoices and input information into the computer system accurately.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales Staff as required.
  • Maintain records of tax renewals and insurance for company demonstrators.
