About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at BELLS MOTOR GROUP LTD.

This role involves providing administrative support to the sales department, including processing customer vehicle orders and administration. You will work closely with the sales team to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer vehicle orders and administration in collaboration with the sales department.
  • Ensure vehicles meet customer requirements and process orders, tax, and finance paperwork efficiently.
  • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to progress orders and provide customer contact support.
  • Route documentation and registration for sold vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales invoices and input information into the computer system accurately.
  • Support the Sales Manager and Sales Staff as required.
  • Maintain records of tax renewals and insurance for company demonstrators.
