We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations and Resourcing Expert to join our client organization's Human Resources team. As an Employee Relations and Resourcing Expert, you will play a key role in delivering an effective and customer-oriented HR service to assigned business functions. Your expertise in employee relations, resourcing, and HR generalist functions will be invaluable in ensuring the consistent implementation of policies and procedures.

About the Role
This role involves supporting the HRM/Senior Business Partner (HRM/SHRBP) to deliver an effective and customer-oriented HR service to assigned business functions. The successful candidate will ensure co-ordination and consistency of advice between Business Partner teams through regular liaison and exchange of ideas and best practice. They will also be responsible for leading on employment relations activity within assigned business areas and providing professional HR advice and support to management at all levels.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent, with current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at Associate member (Assoc CIPD) or above, or a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources function providing professional advice and guidance to senior management on complex employee relations matters. You should also be fully conversant with employment legislation relating to employee relations.
