Crisis Intervention Practitioner Wanted

We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Practitioner to join our team at WhereToTalk. This part-time and full-time position involves working in an out-of-hours service, providing critical support to individuals experiencing mental health crises 365 days a year.

About the Role:
As a Crisis Intervention Practitioner, you will deliver preventative approaches, working closely with clients to alleviate the need for A&E and/or acute mental health services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a preventative approach to individuals experiencing mental health crises
• Work in an out-of-hours service, open from 4 PM to 11 PM, 365 days a year
• Support people experiencing pre- and/or mental health crises
• Alleviate the need for individuals to access A&E and/or acute mental health services

Requirements:
• £27,000 per annum (FTE)
• Part-time and full-time hours available
• Working patterns may include some weekends
