Our NHS team is seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our diverse clinical team in Swindon. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

Main Duties
  • You will support a team to deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual, group work, and peer support.
  • Assist with triage and assessment of clients, developing planned short-term interventions.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to children and young people, working independently when required.
  • Foster links with other agencies and services, ensuring effective signposting and onward referrals.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
