Job Overview

  4. Casework: Manage a caseload of complex work using person-centred practice principles.
  5. Crisis Management: Resolve high-risk situations through negotiation and diplomacy.
  6. Professional Development: Model high-quality social work practice and support colleagues.
  7. Assessment Role: Provide formal assessments for newly qualified social workers.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
Salary and Benefits:
