The Role

We are seeking an Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting customers to address their barriers to employment and achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers to develop individualised plans to overcome employment barriers
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customers to build their confidence and skills
  • Work with customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment
  • Meet delivery targets and achieve high-quality outcomes for customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Empowers and inspires others to achieve their full potential
  • Builds effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Thinks analytically and solves problems effectively
  • Plans and organises work to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Demonstrates strong digital literacy skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Has experience of working in a target-driven environment
  • Has experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs
  • Has a strong commitment to personal and professional development

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Member of the Institute of Employment Professionals
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Knowledge of the labour market and wider provision in the local area
  • Experience of securing employment opportunities for a wide range of individuals
