Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers to identify and overcome barriers to employment through individualized coaching and mentoring
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to help customers achieve their employment goals
  • Work with customers to identify and secure employment opportunities that match their skills and interests
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers in their employment journey
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of employment services

Requirements

  • Empowers and inspires others to achieve their full potential
  • Builds effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Plans and organizes resources to deliver high-quality employment services
  • High level of digital literacy skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and web-based communication technologies
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment and with people with multiple and complex needs
